What data

• Name of the owner and (optionally) of the buyer, email address, personal message.
• For a framed certificate: shipping address.
• Payment data is processed by Stripe; we never see card numbers.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser in server logs, kept for at most 30 days.

Why

• Delivering your order: registration of the square, certificate, personal page, video and confirmation email (performance of the agreement).
• Customer service and administration (statutory retention of 7 years for invoice data).

Public data

The owner’s name and Owner number are visible on the club map and on the personal page, which is only reachable via the unique link or QR code. If you do not want the name shown on the map, email us.

Processors

Stripe (payment), Resend (email), fal.ai (video generation: the first name, the club name and the photo and voice recording supplied by the club are sent along), and our hosting provider in the EU.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion via info@erwinedink.nl. Deleting a square registration is possible; the square then becomes available again. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe places functional cookies during payment.
