1. Who we are

Sportclub Owner is a product of Truly Sports VOF, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 90548825, based in Veenendaal. Contact: info@erwinedink.nl.

2. What you buy

You buy a symbolic and decorative "square" of a sports ground: a unique number with coordinates registered in your name in our records, plus a digital certificate, a personal web page and an AI-generated video message. With the Framed package you also receive a physical certificate by post.

The square grants no ownership right, right of use, share, membership, voting right or any other claim to the land, the building or the club. It is a gift and supporter product.

3. Unique square

Each square is sold only once. We make every effort to preserve the registration durably. If a club stops participating or relocates, your registration and personal page remain; we may then adjust the map display.

4. Price and payment

Prices include VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. The agreement is concluded once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

The certificate and personal page are delivered immediately after payment. The video is generated automatically and is usually available within 15 minutes. A framed certificate is shipped within 5 working days to the address provided.

6. Right of withdrawal

The certificate and video are personalised with the name and message you provide. Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, the right of withdrawal lapses for personalised products and for digital content whose delivery started with your consent. If something went wrong (a typo, a failed video), we will fix it free of charge.

7. AI video

The video message is generated by software from a photo and possibly a voice recording of a person designated by the club (for example a former player, board member or mascot). That person has given written consent to the club and to us. The video is therefore not a real recording but a message generated with consent; we state this on the personal page. Pronunciation of names may vary; you can provide a phonetic spelling. On request we can regenerate the video once.

8. Use of names, messages and own photos

You warrant that you may use the name, the message and the extra video text and that they are not offensive, discriminatory or unlawful. If you upload your own photo of a speaker, you declare that you have the consent of the person shown (or that it is you), that it is not a famous person, a minor without parental consent, or a brand, and that the photo is not used to mislead or ridicule anyone. The photo is used only to create your video. We may refuse an order or create the video without the photo if in doubt; you will be notified and refunded where appropriate.

9. Clubs and brands

Club names and colours are used with permission of or in cooperation with the club concerned. Part of the proceeds goes to the club. Sportclub Owner is not part of and is not managed by the clubs.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or the personal page.

11. Complaints and law

You can email complaints to info@erwinedink.nl; we respond within 5 working days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers can also use the European Commission’s ODR platform.
